Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and update governance policies and framework in line with local governance regulations and worldwide best practices.
  • Manage the development of the high-level accountability and delegated authority framework (Authority Matrix)
  • Ensure the implementation of governance framework, policies, and Authority matrix.
  • Ensure the compliance with the company's law and governance regulations.
  • Review and validate company's operational policies from governance perspective
  • Communicate the approved governance policies to all stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation of the company's policies
  • Govern the mechanism of the conflict of interests declaration
  • Prepare governance reports and ensure the alignment with Internal Audit reviews.
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet Section/Department objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably having GRC certificate
  1. Minimum Experience:
  • 4 years of experience
  1. Functional Expertise (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
  • Strong knowledge in local Governance regulations and worldwide best practices
  • Good knowledge in analyzing data and statistics.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in the function of Board Secretary
  • Knowledge in Listed Companies rules and systems.
