Lead Static Equipment Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Static Equipment Engineer to join our EPC project team in the oil and gas sector. This role is critical in leading the engineering design, review, and execution of static equipment packages across complex, multidisciplinary projects from FEED through EPC and commissioning support.

Your Role
As Lead Equipment Engineer, you will:
- Lead the engineering and design of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, reactors, and associated packages
- Act as the technical authority for static equipment within EPC projects, ensuring compliance with international codes and client specifications
- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, data sheets, and vendor documentation
- Coordinate with process, piping, mechanical, QA/QC, procurement, and construction teams
- Manage vendor technical bid evaluations, technical clarifications, and inspection activities
- Support project execution with constructability, cost, schedule, and risk considerations
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers
- Interface directly with clients, licensors, and third-party reviewers
- Ensure adherence to HSE, quality standards, and project engineering procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 18 years of experience in equipment fabrication, assembly, or pre-installation works, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience working on large, complex onshore or offshore oil & gas projects; Prior exposure to Middle East EPC projects is an advantage;
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related Engineering discipline)
- Expertise: Proven experience in leading static equipment engineering teams. Strong working knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, API, TEMA, EN, PED; Hands-on EPC experience covering FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction support;
