Your Role

As a Lead Steel Structural Engineer, you will take charge of all steel structure fabrication activities, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedules.

• Lead and supervise all steel structure fabrication activities based on approved drawings, standards, and schedules.
• Manage daily fabrication operations, manpower distribution, and material usage.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules, quality procedures, and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, logistics, and project teams to resolve technical or production issues.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee welding, inspections, and dimensional control activities.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly fabrication reports.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of handson experience in steel structure fabrication within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding standards, fabrication drawings & international codesespecially for ADNOC projects.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Structural, or related Engineering disciplines.

Skills and Competencies

• Proven leadership and teammanagement experience within fabrication yards.
• Excellent coordination, communication & problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
