Our Tech Client is looking for a Lead System Engineer to manage and support its enterprise IT infrastructure and core business applications.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on daily operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and recovery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure, stable, and highly available IT environment.
This is not a people management or architecture role.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and/or Jamf Pro.
- Manage user lifecycle, identity, access, and endpoint administration.
- Monitor backup operations and perform system and mailbox recovery when required.
- Support enterprise applications, including HRM, ERP, CRM, and Office Automation platforms.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Execute approved system changes and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in System Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or IT Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Enterprise business applications (HRM, ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational support skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
