Job Description:

This role leads technical design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud for personalized customer experiences. The position focuses on seamless integrations, performance tuning, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable solutions. Success ensures high-impact campaigns and robust CRM enhancements.

Must have skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and customer segmentation; SF Data cloud
• Hands on experience with SSJS, SQL and configuring complex solutions, along with integrations - OOTB with Salesforce and custom with tech stacks such as AWS
• Experience in designing scalable personalization solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Familiarity with additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer or Administrator).
• Knowledge of AMPscript for advanced email personalization.
• Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, S3, or API Gateway for custom integrations.
• Background in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for campaign analytics.
• Prior work in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) for compliance-aware implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define personalization strategies and customer journeys.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and data platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across personalization campaigns; and MC platforms
• Do configuration work and align with QA on best testing strategy; follow deployment best practices

Certifications (if any):

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Good to Have)
