Lead Technical Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead integration projects and ensure successful delivery of Sprinklr integrations using standardized connectors and custom solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business, functional, and technical requirements
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, UAT documents, and trackers
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating challenges to ensure smooth execution
