Leadership Assessment & Development Advisor

MRG Global is expanding its advisory capability alongside its established executive search practice across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

We're seeking an experienced leadership practitioner on a flexible, call-off basis to support senior-level assessment, development, and capability advisory work in complex, large-scale projects.

This is not a traditional training role. It is focused on evaluating and strengthening leadership performance in high-value, delivery-driven organisations.

Scope of Work

Working alongside MRG’s senior team, you will support a range of client engagements, including:

• Conducting structured leadership assessments for senior executives and high-potential talent
• Benchmarking internal candidates against defined success profiles for critical roles
• Designing targeted Individual Development Plans linked to promotion, succession, and leadership readiness
• Advising on leadership capability across teams, functions, and programmes
• Providing clear, commercially grounded recommendations to senior stakeholders

Assignments will be project-based and aligned to MRG’s client portfolio across real estate, infrastructure, and giga-project organisations in the region.

Profile Required

We are interested in individuals with a strong, credible track record in one or more of the following:

• Leadership assessment, organisational psychology, or executive evaluation
• Executive coaching at Director, Executive Director, or C-suite level
• Senior leadership experience within real estate, infrastructure, or major programme delivery
• Advisory or consulting experience focused on organisational performance or leadership capability

You will demonstrate:

• Credibility operating with senior stakeholders in complex, high-growth organisations
• The ability to translate insight into practical, outcome-focused actions
• Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on performance and delivery
• Experience in the Middle East is advantageous
