Essential Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Co-lead one of the roadmap transformation project for SQDC operational excellence.
- Facilitate cross functional discussion, problem solving and idea generation to enable successful project implementation.
- Opportunity to learn and execute Lean manufacturing tools and make positive impact to the business.
- Support in data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving.
- Exposure to power generation repair workshop, as well as advanced repair technologies and automations.
- Part of organizing committee and participating in 5-days Shingijutsu or Lean Kaizen Action Work Out.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering
- Competent with MS Office applications
- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
- Possess good communication skills
