Job Description

YOUR MISSION

To drive both learning and employee engagement initiatives across the region, with a focus of 75% on Learning and 25% on Engagement. You will be instrumental in developing impactful training programs and fostering a vibrant, supportive workplace culture through our RICH IN WELLNESS program.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Co-create and design innovative training programs, including pedagogical design, development of presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint), and co-facilitation of workshops and sessions.
  • Revamp and enhance current training performance analysis methodologies.
  • Manage and maintain the regional L&D Dashboard, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute to and support the RICH IN WELLNESS program, focusing on its four key pillars: Physical, Mental, Social, and Financial well-being.
  • Develop compelling and engaging visual and video content to promote and support engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the regional communication plan for engagement activities, working in close collaboration with the Internal Communication team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with design and creation tools such as Canvas or similar platforms.Video editing skills are a significant plus.
  • Soft Skills:Demonstrated curiosity and a genuine passion for learning and development.Strong public speaking and presentation abilities, with the confidence to co-facilitate training sessions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Communications roles.
