About the Role

We are supporting a client who are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning and development initiatives. This role is central to building leadership and behavioural competencies across the organization, driving workforce development programs, and supporting business performance through people growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competency frameworks and assessment tools.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including leadership development programs and digital learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods.
  • Partner with leaders to embed change management practices and support organizational transformation.
  • Apply project management principles to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program delivery.
  • Contribute to policy, process, and system improvements within Learning & Development.
  • Support career development and talent initiatives, including nationalization programs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Learning & Development professional with a degree in HR, or a related field. You'll bring over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally with exposure to large, complex organizations. Candidates with experience in HR development and formal instructional design certification will stand out.

You should be confident in designing and delivering blended learning solutions, managing competency frameworks, and leveraging digital learning platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, or similar. Strong skills in instructional design tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and Microsoft Office are essential.

Beyond technical expertise, we value emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and excellent communication skills. You'll need to influence senior stakeholders, manage projects effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
