Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Advisor - Saudi to join our growing team in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Learning & Development programs across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to identify learning needs and development priorities.
  • Assist in the implementation of global learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability-building projects.
  • Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
  • Support talent development activities, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external learning providers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights on learning metrics and development outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment of local initiatives with global L&D strategies and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Saudi (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field within a global, matrixed organization, with exposure to cross-functional and international stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working within a matrixed and multinational organization is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
