We are actively looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our HR team,
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and learning priorities.
Design and develop tailored training programs across soft skills, technical skills, and leadership competencies.
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions using modern facilitation techniques.
Provide one-on-one and group coaching to reinforce learning and improve on-the-job performance.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, performance KPIs, and ROI frameworks.
Align all training initiatives with organizational strategies and business objectives.
Maintain structured documentation, reports, and learning records for all training activities.
Continuously enhance learning content based on feedback, trends, and evolving business needs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Organizational, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development with strong exposure to advanced training programs.
Proven experience in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, or similar models).
Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills across multiple learning formats.
Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick, ROI).
Strong command of LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and e-learning development technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
