Learning And Development Specialist

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a high-performance learning culture. Reporting to the Organizational & Performance Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance, and career growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across the business.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, including onboarding, induction, leadership development, and talent development initiatives.
• Develop engaging learning content through instructor-led, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job training methods.
• Manage training calendars, vendors, budgets, and learning resources.
• Measure training effectiveness and provide insights through reports, dashboards, and capability metrics.
• Support succession planning, performance improvement, and employee development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, e-learning platforms, and LMS.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
