Learning & Organizational Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify skill gaps across departments and develop targeted learning solutions.
Training Program Management: Design, implement, and evaluate training plans aligned with business and operational goals.
Training ROI Measurement: Monitor learning outcomes and measure impact on performance, productivity, and business results.
Skill Matrix Development: Build and maintain competency frameworks to optimize workforce capabilities.
Job Descriptions & Job Analysis: Develop, review, and update JDs to ensure role clarity and proper job structuring.
Workload Analysis: Analyze task distribution and staffing levels to improve efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and support development plans for critical roles.
HR KPIs & Data Analysis: Track HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Organizational Structure Review: Support updates and improvements to the organizational structure in line with business growth.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Partner with leadership to strengthen engagement, performance culture, and retention.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Generalist roles.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR data, KPIs, and performance measurement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Practical, results-oriented approachfocused on execution, not theory.
