We are seeking a Learning & Development Officer to support and enhance learning operations in Egypt.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating training activities, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage user access, enrollments, roles, and permissions.
- Upload, organize, and update training content and certifications.
- Generate and analyze learning reports and compliance metrics.
- Provide first-line technical support to learners and instructors.
- Ensure LMS integrations with HR systems and other platforms.
- Maintain data accuracy, privacy, and system security standards.
- Recommend process improvements and support digital learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- 46 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Oil & Gas background is highly preferred.
