Job Objective:
The Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible for leading organizational training initiatives, supporting employee development and promoting a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Training Needs Assessment (TNA), e-learning platform management, and the creation of impactful training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Develop, design and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and other learning content.
- Manage and maintain e-learning platforms/LMS, ensuring content accuracy, functionality and user engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor L&D metrics and prepare regular reports on training performance and outcomes.
- Develop and support Employee Development Programs (EDP).
- Support talent development, succession planning and other HR initiatives as required.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops and onboarding sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
- Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and LMS administration.
- Strong skills in designing training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
