PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To design, lead, and continuously enhance end-to-end learner experiences and digital learning ecosystems across HITCL, ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction, effective digital delivery, data-driven improvement, and operational excellence in learning coordination.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Learner satisfaction score (CSAT)
-Learner engagement and completion rates
-Consistency of learner experience across programs (audit and feedback results)
-Digital learning journey engagement and completion rates
-LMS/LXP system availability and adoption
-User satisfaction with digital learning experience
-Timeliness and quality of platform configuration and content publishing
-Compliance with instructional design and content standards
-Timely development and update of digital learning content
-Stakeholder satisfaction with content quality and relevance
-Accuracy and timeliness of learning dashboards and reports

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

JOB CONTEXT:
▪ The Learning Experience & Digital Solutions Senior General Manager plays a central role in enabling high-quality, scalable, and learner-centric training delivery across HITCL. The role integrates learner experience design, digital learning platforms, content creation, analytics, and training coordination to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective learning journeys aligned with HITCL's academic standards and strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
-Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
-Master's degree in the same disciplines is preferred.
-12–15 years of experience in learning experience design, digital learning, or corporate education.
-Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise learning platforms or learning enablement functions.
-Learning Experience & Journey Design
-Instructional Design
-Digital Learning Platforms (LMS/LXP) Management
-Learning Analytics
-Team Leadership & Coaching
-Instructional Design certification (e.g., ATD or equivalent) is preferred
