We are seeking a Learning Coordinator (Saudi Nationality) to join our pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. In this role, you will assist the Learning & Development Manager in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Learning Department, in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies, brand standards, and culture of care.
The Learning Coordinator will support the implementation of training programs, coordinate learning activities, manage administrative tasks, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and colleague engagement across all departments.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
Previous experience in operational hotel roles is an advantage
Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
Passionate about learning and development, with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within Hyatt
