Learning & Development HR Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development HR Specialist to support and drive initiatives across L&D, HR strategy, talent management, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support HR strategy, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
• Design and manage excellence and organizational development programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support competency development frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in L&D, HR Strategy, Talent Management, and Excellence Programs.
• Experience within government entities is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, and talent frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Arab candidates only.
