Learning & Development MANAGER

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and organizational performance. The role involves assessing development needs, creating training programs, managing learning resources, and partnering with stakeholders to support professional growth and business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee learning strategies, facilitate leadership and skills development programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and promote a culture of continuous learning. Strong communication, program management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent development.
• Experience with learning management systems, digital learning platforms, and training technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into effective learning programs.
• Strong program management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Knowledge of leadership development, career development, coaching, and performance management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and priorities.
