Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Learning & Development Officer. The individual in this role will oversee training and development programs across the organization, design and administer learning modules, and manage learning management systems. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, facilitating workshops and development sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and providing regular reports on the effectiveness of training programs. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders will be integral to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and experience in delivering and managing learning programs.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and expertise in instructional design.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver training and communicate across diverse teams.
• Ability to assess organizational and individual development needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in corporate learning and development programs (preferably in the construction or transportation sectors) is advantageous.
• Construction background is advantageous
• Arabic language proficiency is an additional conversational set
