As an
L&D Specialist – German Speaker, you will support Learning & Development activities for Germany. You will play a key role in coordinating trainings, managing L&D tools and data, and ensuring smooth execution of mandatory learning and onboarding processes in close collaboration with German stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Learning & Development Coordination
- Coordinate Learning & Development activities for Germany in alignment with local stakeholders
- Capture, align, and support L&D needs with HR and business partners in Germany
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of training measures
Training Provider Management
- Act as the main point of contact for external training providers
Tool Administration & System Support
- Administer and maintain HR and Learning tools
- Ensure correct usage, data accuracy, and day‑to‑day system support
Mandatory Trainings & Reporting
- Set up and manage mandatory trainings in the respective systems
- Monitor training completion rates
- Prepare reports, status updates, and overviews for Germany
Intranet & Communication
- Maintain and update intranet pages related to HR topics and Learning & Development
- Ensure transparent and up‑to‑date communication for employees
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding‑related Learning & Development activities.
Qualifications
- Initial to solid experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience with HR or learning systems
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Ability to work closely with German stakeholders despite physical distance
- Proactive communication and service‑oriented mindset in an international setup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
