The Lease Sales Executive is responsible for the development of revenue and results of his portfolio of B2B Corporate Customers based in the UAE and BtoBtoC local customers based in the UAE like aggregators. This concerns daily, weekly, monthly, and leasing rentals from these customers with a check-out in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Apply the Sales strategy for Corporate customers defined by his management
- Ensure the achievement of his/her sales targets
- Propose new initiatives, plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of his tasks
- Prepare and share with his Manager the periodic and adhoc reports asked to him
- Ensure his/her portfolio's profitability and attain his/her sales targets
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
- Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Sales Experience in automotive leasing, rental, or related fields, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong Knowledge of Leasing Terms and Practices, including lease agreements, contracts, and local regulations.
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills to effectively present leasing options and close deals with clients.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Goal-Driven: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of quickly addressing client issues and finding solutions.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and leasing processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM and Lease Management Systems: Comfortable working with sales software and Microsoft Office.
- UAE Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local automotive market, leasing trends, and customer needs in the region.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Multilingual Skills (Arabic/English) are a plus.
