We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle residential and/or commercial leasing transactions, build strong client relationships, and close deals efficiently in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries for residential.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Prepare leasing documentation and ensure compliance with RERA regulations
- Coordinate with internal admin and property management teams
- Maintain accurate listings and client records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
