Pure Home Real Estate is expanding its team in Abu Dhabi and is looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Leasing Agent at Pure Home Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process from lead generation to successful contract completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle residential and commercial property leasing transactions.
- Generate new leasing opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property viewings and understand clients requirements to recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties, rental prices, and market conditions.
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants and facilitate successful transactions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience .
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in UAE real estate or property leasing is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market is an advantage.
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients and property owners.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a professional team.
- A valid UAE residence visa is mandatory .
- Candidates who can join immediately only .
- DL + CAR are preffered .
