Job Description
THE ROLE
- Own a specialist community: build landlord relationships, source your own portfolio of properties, and support tenants throughout their search
- Lease directly from PRYPCO's existing Property Management portfolio, working closely with the PM team to keep vacant units moving
- Prospect landlords daily and build your own portfolio of properties
- Lease available properties within PRYPCO's Property Management portfolio
- Work with the PM team to identify available and upcoming units
- Develop deep knowledge of your community, covering pricing, availability and trends
- Generate and manage landlord and tenant opportunities
- Advise landlords on market conditions and rental pricing
- Conduct viewings and guide tenants through their search
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions end to end
- Build long-term landlord relationships for repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Ambitious, proactive, results-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence prospecting and generating new business
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Previous Dubai real estate, leasing or sales experience is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Progressive commission structure, 50% to 70%, resetting monthly
