Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join a well-established real estate and property management company in Dubai.

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 + Commission

Industry: Real Estate / Property Management / Short-Term Rentals

Experience: 2–3 years of real estate experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle residential leasing activities from lead generation to deal closure

• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing transactions

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinate tenancy agreements, documentation and related processes

• Follow up on renewals and maintain high occupancy levels

• Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets

• Stay updated on Dubai's rental market and property trends

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of leasing experience

• Strong experience in residential leasing is preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills

• Target-driven and confident in closing rental deals

• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market
