Leasing Consultant

Role Description The Leasing Consultant role at The Address Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha. This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, including conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and assisting with applications and approvals. The Leasing Consultant responds to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up and professional communication. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate lease documentation, updating property management systems, supporting resident retention initiatives, and coordinating with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive resident experience. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting marketing activities, and contributing to occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate leasing documentation.
• Experience with resident retention activities and customer service to build strong relationships and support a positive living experience.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with prospective and current residents, colleagues, and external partners in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of basic property management practices and local real estate regulations relevant to leasing in Doha.
• Proficiency with office software and property management systems, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, including flexible hours as needed, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is preferred; relevant certification or diploma in real estate or business is an advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
