Leasing Manager

* Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and revenue

* Lease retail units in line with approved tenant mix and mall positioning

* Negotiate lease terms, rentals, renewals, and amendments with retailers

* Source and onboard new brands, including anchors and specialty tenants

* Maintain optimal tenant mix across fashion, F&B, entertainment, and services

* Manage lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations

* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brand partners

* Conduct market research on rental rates, competitors, and retail trends

* Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management

* Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and property management teams

* Oversee fit-out approvals, handover processes, and store openings

* Minimum of 5 years of experience required in UAE

* Candidate must have prior experience in MALL LEASING
