Job Description

Job Purpose

The Leasing Manager is responsible for executing leasing strategies across the company's commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets to maximize occupancy, rental income, and asset value.

The role manages the full leasing cycle, ensures optimal tenant mix, drives revenue performance, and supports strategic positioning of assets in alignment with market dynamics and company objectives.

Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities

1. Leasing Execution & Deal Management

  • Manage the full leasing cycle including prospecting, negotiations, offers, LOIs, lease agreements, and renewals
  • Evaluate and structure leasing deals to ensure commercial viability and alignment with company objectives
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of lease documentation and contractual terms

2. Occupancy & Revenue Optimization

  • Drive leasing performance to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
  • Monitor vacancy levels, leasing pipeline, and deal conversion rates
  • Analyze rental performance and recommend pricing strategies and incentives

3. Tenant Mix & Commercial Positioning

  • Support the development of tenant mix strategies across assets
  • Identify target tenants aligned with asset positioning and customer segmentation
  • Ensure a balanced mix of anchor tenants, key brands, and supporting retail/service offerings

4. Tenant Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key accounts
  • Manage tenant negotiations, renewals, and retention strategies
  • Handle tenant escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market studies on rental trends, competitor developments, and demand patterns
  • Identify leasing opportunities and emerging concepts in the market
  • Provide insights to support leasing strategies and pricing decisions

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Development & Projects on space planning and leasable areas
  • Work with Marketing on leasing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
  • Liaise with Legal for contract review and compliance
  • Coordinate with Operations on tenant fit-out and handover processes

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare leasing reports including pipeline, occupancy, and revenue analysis
  • Track leasing KPIs and ensure alignment with business targets
  • Provide management with regular updates on leasing performance

Minimum Qualification & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Experience:

  • 610 years in leasing (commercial/retail/mixed-use)
  • Experience in developers or operators , real estate groups)
