About the Role
Moopans Mall is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Leasing Manager to lead retail leasing activities, maximize occupancy, and build a strong tenant mix. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE retail market and proven experience in leasing shopping malls or commercial retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue targets
- Identify and onboard suitable tenants aligned with the mall's positioning and target audience
- Manage end-to-end leasing process: lead generation, negotiations, documentation, and closures
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, brands, and leasing agents
- Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks
- Prepare and present leasing reports, occupancy status, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support tenant success and footfall growth
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with UAE laws and mall policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in retail leasing (mall experience preferred)
- Strong network with retailers and brands in the UAE market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets
- Knowledge of leasing documentation and commercial terms in the UAE
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
