Job Description


Scope of Employment

The Employee shall perform Leasing Manager duties, the scope of which shall include but is not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential tenants through leads, proactive marketing and networking efforts.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase available spaces.
  • Lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the Head of the Department, legal and financial teams (as required) to finalize lease agreements and address any concerns or modifications.
  • Oversee lease administration tasks, including lease documentation, rent collection, and lease renewals (as required).
  • Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing inquiries, prospects, and leasing activity.
  • Appropriately utilize CRM (Nexudus) system to track leads and follow up with potential tenants in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless leasing process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage lease renewals.
  • Address prospective tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations and foster tenant satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing cost-effective strategies to achieve leasing goals.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Use market insights to adapt leasing strategies and pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize occupancy rates.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Achieve performance goals/objectives specified in the performance plan.
  • Maintain professional competence through staff development activities and meetings.
  • Provide such other services as are ancillary to the foregoing or as the Employer may reasonably request.
