Responsibilities
- Market and promote retail spaces to attract prospective tenants and maximize occupancy
- Identify and engage potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements to secure favorable terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and leasing agents to support tenant retention and satisfaction
- Manage lease renewals, terminations, and resolve lease-related issues efficiently to maintain portfolio stability
- Conduct market research to analyze retail leasing trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed leasing reports and presentations for property owners and senior management to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with property owners, developers, and leasing agents to develop and implement effective leasing strategies
- Participate in property inspections and tenant meetings to ensure property standards and tenant needs are met
Required competencies and certifications
- CEA qualified or exempt (as stated: CEA qualified or exempt)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail leasing or other asset classes in the Singapore market
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively to build and maintain tenant and agent relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage projects and priorities efficiently
