Job Description

Overview:

The Leasing Officer is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting leasing activities, and delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on lead management, client coordination, contract preparation, and supporting leasing transactions to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and follow up on leads using CRM systems.
  • Arrange property visits and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and MOUs in line with approved guidelines.
  • Handle client inquiries, modifications, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years experience in client relations or leasing (real estate/logistics preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and Yardi systems.
