This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Specialist role located in 6th of October. As a Leasing Specialist, you will handle activities such as managing lease agreements, facilitating leasing transactions, ensuring a positive resident experience, and driving resident retention. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with lease administration, addressing customer inquiries, overseeing property tours, and maintaining tenant relationships to support the company's goals and enhance operational efficiency.

• Experience with lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
• Strong customer service and resident retention abilities, fostering positive tenant relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with tenants and team members.
• Knowledge of lease terms, regulations, and property management best practices.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in property leasing, sales, or a related field is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or a relevant certification in real estate, property management, or a related discipline is a plus.
