Leasing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Leasing Specialist to join our Cloud Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant brands, negotiating leasing agreements, and building strong relationships with business partners to support our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential restaurant brands to join our cloud kitchen.

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

* Negotiate commercial terms and leasing agreements with clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and business partners.

* Prepare proposals, contracts, and leasing documentation.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

* Achieve monthly leasing targets and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in leasing, business development, sales, or account management.

* Experience in Cloud Kitchens, F&B, Commercial Leasing, or Real Estate is preferred.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.

* Good command of English.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Owning a car is a plus.
