Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Leave Reliever Lab & EMS Analyzer Maintenance Technician to provide temporary support for refinery laboratory analyzers and emission monitoring systems during staff leave periods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzer maintenance within the oil & gas sector, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a maintenance technician during the absence of dedicated staff, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory analyzers, including PAC, Agilent GC, XRF, and other related equipment.
- Carry out scheduled service and emergency repairs for emission monitoring systems.
- Diagnose breakdown issues, conduct on-site repairs, and restore equipment functionality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while working on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, test results, and repairs.
- Implement quality control measures to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover upon the return of the dedicated technician.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory analyzer and emission monitoring system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of PAC, Agilent GC, XRF analyzers, and similar equipment.
- Familiarity with applicable industry codes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the oil & gas sector is mandatory.
