Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Lecturer in Business, specializing in Organisational Behaviour and Business Management Studies, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching materials, designing and assessing coursework, supervising student research, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include contributing to curriculum development, engaging in academic research, collaborating with academic and professional colleagues, and supporting the institution's commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging lectures focused on organisational behaviour and business management studies
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, assessment strategies, and course facilitation
• Strong skills in academic research and scholarly activities
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proven adaptability to stay updated with advancements in educational and business fields
• A PhD in Business, Management Studies, Organisational Behaviour, or a closely related field
• Prior experience in a university-level teaching or academic research role is preferred
