JOB TITLE

Legal Admin and Operations Officer | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt

Role Summary

The role purpose of a Legal admin is to provide full assistance and operation support to the Legal's Head.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Managing the relationship with our external parties (legal advisors, auditors, tax office.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • The Legal admin is responsible for managing the admin operations of the Legal Function like Function folder structuring,Archiving and Records Management.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and events.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Admin tasks within risk and compliance depending upon capacity.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Calendar management skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Multitasking ability and Travel management skills
