Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in lead generation activities, including follow-ups, client coordination, and database management
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to legal operations
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with potential clients
- Maintain and update client records, leads, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and documentation for the legal team
- Support day-to-day office administration and workflow efficiency
Admin / Lead Generation Officer
Salary Range: AED 8,000 AED 11000/month
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm (mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in lead generation, client coordination, or admin support within a legal environment
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM/tools
