Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers in lead generation activities, including follow-ups, client coordination, and database management
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to legal operations
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with potential clients
  • Maintain and update client records, leads, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and documentation for the legal team
  • Support day-to-day office administration and workflow efficiency

Admin / Lead Generation Officer

Salary Range: AED 8,000 AED 11000/month

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation, client coordination, or admin support within a legal environment
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM/tools
