Our expertise spans various fields including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, business law, and intellectual property. We support national and international investors in establishing, investing, or merging their businesses locally and abroad. Additionally, we facilitate the registration of agents, founders, and investors with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Admin located in Cairo, Egypt. The Legal Admin will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Our Firm is hiring Legal Admin

Requirements:

Bachelor of law

Minimum of two (2) years of experience.

Previous experience in law firms is preferred.

Experience or interest in marketing, social media, or content creation

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages

Excellent communication skills.

Very strong analytical skills

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Legal Support

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Draft, proofread, format legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize case files (digital and physical)
  • Assist with client intake, communication, and follow-up
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff

Marketing & Business Development

  • Assist with managing the firm's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Draft and schedule posts, updates, submissions and announcements
  • Help maintain and update the firm's website content and the operation of the website
  • Coordinate email newsletters, campaigns, and client updates
  • Support event planning, webinars, and community outreach initiatives
  • Monitor online reviews and assist in reputation management
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing materials, brochures, etc. . . .
  • Help implement any marketing plans and strategies
  • Prepare attorney bios, firm profiles, and award submissions
  • Assist with SEO tasks such as keyword research, optimizing website pages, and coordinating blog posts
