Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Adviser, based in Dubai. The Legal Adviser will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and addressing a variety of legal issues to ensure compliance and safeguard organizational interests. The role includes handling labor and employment law matters and supporting the organization in legal decision-making processes. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed is part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in legal practices, including knowledge of Law, Legal Issues, and the ability to provide sound Legal Advice
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and attention to detail when reviewing and drafting contracts
• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its applications
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address legal concerns and provide clear guidance
• Prior experience working in a legal or corporate environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; additional certifications are a plus
