Role Overview:
The Legal Advisor for CEO Office will serve as a trusted legal partner, offering expert legal guidance on a wide range of issues impacting the CEO's strategic vision and business operations. The role involves advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, risk management, and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO and executive leadership on a wide variety of business and operational matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate high-level contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on emerging legal issues, corporate compliance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and legal compliance across projects.
- Manage corporate governance processes, including shareholder meetings, board meetings, and regulatory filings.
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions, providing legal due diligence and negotiating terms.
- Address legal matters related to intellectual property, real estate, labor and employment, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure organizational compliance.
- Represent the CEO and company in high-level negotiations and discussions with external partners, stakeholders, and government bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments that may impact the company's operations and strategic direction.
