Our Client is a UAE Government organisation with key focus on finance and investments and based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Scope for the role :
- Providing legal advice to the business, focussing on the organisation's business & strategic objectives.
- Implementing the legal policies and management of trademarks
- Ensuring the organisation's compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations
- Complaint management
- Managing & representing for qualifying litigations and also dealing with external counsel and courts
- Contract drafting, review and negotiation
- Developing process improvements to regulatory filings
- Advising the organisation on other legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Applicant requirements:
- Master's degree qualifications with specialisation in Financial Law or a related discipline
- Minimum 9 to 11 years of legal advisory experience preferably in a financial or investment organisation
- Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory
