Media World LLC is seeking a Legal Advisor / Company Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis and support our legal and compliance needs within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on contracts, commercial matters, and company operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with clients, suppliers, landlords, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel
- Advise management on legal risks, disputes, and compliance matters
Requirements:
- Law degree from a recognized university
- UAE legal experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and contract law
- Fluent Arabic speaker and fluent in English (written & spoken) mandatory
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters
