Legal Advisor

The ideal candidate should possess strong legal expertise and practical experience advising corporate groups, particularly in international business environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Consultant for a group of companies

Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts and agreements

Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region

Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

Solid understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and international business law

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate and operational matters

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and international agreements

Support the company in managing legal risks related to mining operations and cross-border activities

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations

Assist in structuring partnerships, joint ventures, and investment agreements

Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary

Review and develop internal legal policies and procedures
