Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Legal Analyst.

What will you do

• Maintain and update the Legal Management System with complete and accurate information.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of contracts, litigation matters, corporate records, and legal requests into the system.
• Monitor legal workflow and ensure data integrity across all legal matters.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards for Senior Management and Executive Leadership.
• Analyze legal data and identify trends, bottlenecks, operational risks, and performance indicators.
• Develop KPIs and monitor the Legal Department's performance against agreed objectives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Produce executive presentations for the Head of Legal and Executive Management.
• Support legal operations by tracking deadlines, workflows, and departmental performance.
• Ensure document classification, indexing, and electronic record management comply with internal policies.
• Assist in implementing automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the Legal Department.

What will you need

• Bachelor's degree in Law (English Section).
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a Legal Department or Legal Operations environment.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience using Legal Management Systems or Enterprise Systems.
• Experience in legal data analysis and reporting.
• Dashboard Development.
• KPI Development & Monitoring.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Microsoft Word.
• Power BI (Preferred).
