About the Client

Role Overview:
The Legal Assistant will play a pivotal role in the client's legal team, providing expert legal advice and support across a wide range of international legal matters. As a key member of the company, the associate will contribute to high-profile cases, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding the client's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Counsel and legal team.
- Prepare, review, format, and organize legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and filings.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, licenses, and legal documentation, ensuring proper version control and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, Finance, HR, Operations) to collect information and support legal processes.
- Liaise with external law firms, regulators, and government authorities when required.
- Track deadlines, renewals, and key legal milestones, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance.
- Support corporate governance activities, including board materials, resolutions, and meeting documentation.
- Assist with basic legal research and document summaries as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Familiarity with contracts, corporate documentation, and legal filing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and manage multiple priorities.
