Legal Associate

Position: Legal Counsel / Legal Associate

We are looking for a Legal professional to support commercial, privacy, and compliance matters across the MEA region. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, providing day-to-day legal support to business teams, and identifying legal and contractual risks. You will also support data protection and privacy compliance (including local PDPL), assist with regulatory and compliance programs, and coordinate with external counsel on disputes and specialized matters.

Requirements:

LLB or equivalent with 36 years of experience in commercial/corporate legal roles. Exposure to privacy, compliance, and regional MEA operations is preferred. Strong contract drafting skills, stakeholder management, and a high level of integrity are essential.
