Kinetic is working with a leading MultinationalPharmaceutical company who are hiring a Legal & Compliance Specialist to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Support the organization in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Assist with contract administration, regulatory submissions, policy implementation, and risk management to safeguard the organization's legal and ethical position.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update contract repositories and legal records.
- Support dispute resolution processes and prepare litigation-related documentation when required.
- Monitor adherence to applicable local and international laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Support internal compliance audits and conduct risk assessments.
- Lead the drafting, review, and periodic update of internal policies and codes of conduct.
- Assist with investigations related to compliance issues or breaches of policy.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal, ethics, and compliance functions.
- Prior experience within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
- Strong capabilities in legal drafting, document review, corporate law, and compliance frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
